The hours work really well for me and make it easy to stop by after work without feeling rushed. It’s such a relief to have something that actually fits into my schedule. that little bit of convenience makes my day so much less stressful.

I went to Palm Beach Tan mostly just to try out the beds, and the bulb strength seemed good to me. I noticed some color after the first couple visits, which was a nice surprise. A few beds did feel stronger than others, but the staff let me know which ones were newer, so that helped. I ended up cutting my time down a bit because I wasn’t sure if I was overdoing it or just being paranoid. I’m giving 4 stars because the results were good overall, I just kind of wish the rooms felt a little more consistent. Then again, maybe that’s just me overthinking it.

I was kinda nervous it was gonna look orange, but it actually came out really natural. Like I just got some sun, not that fake tan look. It faded even too, which I really liked. I’d def use Palm Beach Tan again.

One girl even suggested I start on a lower time since I hadn’t tanned in a while, which... yeah, I appreciated that because I probably would’ve overdone it. I’m giving 4 stars just because sometimes there’s a bit of a wait, but overall the staff definitely knows what they’re talking about and it makes the whole thing way easier.

I stopped in today and the check-in process was really quick. The girl at the front already had my info pulled up, so I didn’t have to sit around or repeat everything, which I appreciated. I’m always a little cautious about keeping visits simple and not wasting time, and this was smooth from start to finish. No hassle at all.

I like this place overall... it’s decent and the staff is usually really nice, which definitely helps. But the wait times can be frustrating. Even when I book ahead, I still end up sitting there for 20-30 minutes before getting in. When you’re just trying to squeeze in a quick tan during the day, that gets annoying fast. Not the worst experience or anything... just wish they were better about staying on schedule.

I do like the tanning here, and overall the place is fine, but the lotion prices are just way too high for me. It feels like every time I go in, they’re trying to push another expensive bottle, and it just kind of takes away from the experience. I get that they have products to sell, but I’d probably just end up buying lotion somewhere else.

It was a really calm place and felt super comfy. My sister and I both felt relaxed the whole time, which made the experience even nicer.

The help came way too late. I mean, by the time someone finally got back to me, I had already been waiting around and getting frustrated. So yeah, not the best experience

I kept telling the staff I wasn’t interested in any upgrades, but they just kept pushing anyway!!! It got annoying after a while, honestly... I just wanted to stick with what I already chose, not be pressured over and over again!!

I got a spray tan here before a weekend trip, and to be fair, it actually looked nice on the first day, at least in the areas where it went on evenly. My elbows and ankles ended up darker than I expected, which wasn’t exactly the look I was going for. It faded okay after a few days, though it got a little patchy in spots. The staff was nice enough and the place seemed fine, I just wish the tan had been more even for what they charge.

I got the membership because I’m there regularly, it’s been saving me money little by little each visit. Even just not having to think twice about the cost every time I stop by makes it feel worth it.

Booking the appointment was easy, and I appreciated being able to pick a time that actually fit my schedule. I guess I expected that having an appointment would mean I’d be seen close to that time, so having to wait a bit when I got there was a little frustrating. It wasn’t a huge issue, but it did take away from the convenience a bit. Overall, still a easy process

I’ve been going for a few weeks now, i’m relieved because my tan has been coming out really even every time. I can’t stand when you pay for a tan and end up with random patchy spots, but so far that hasn’t happened here at all. It’s been consistent, and that alone makes a big difference.

There were some good picks in the mix, but a few of them felt kind of random to me. Overall, it wasn’t bad, just a little hit or miss.

I usually expect canceling something to be a hassle, but this was easy. The steps were clear, I got through it quickly, and there wasn’t any awkward pressure or runaround. I think other customers would appreciate how straightforward the process is too.
